Transform Fitness provides a comprehensive all-in-one CRM solution tailored for online personal trainers and coaches. Our services include CRM setup, funnel creation, automation setup, calendar integration, social media integration, training and support, reputation management, and more.

The initial setup involves creating one basic funnel and survey, two additional funnel requests, appointment confirmation and reminder automations, client notifications, a manual dialer with call follow-ups, missed call text back service, pipeline updates, and setting up three preloaded calendars. We also provide training on using the CRM system and integrating social media accounts.

There is a one-time nonrefundable setup fee of $2500. After setup, there is a monthly recurring charge of $300, which starts one month after the setup process begins.

Yes, you can request additional funnels and customizations. These requests will be billed at our current standard rate for such services, which is available upon request.

We offer website development and maintenance services, which are billed separately at our current hourly rate for web development or a fixed project rate, depending on the work's nature.

Yes, you can cancel the service at any time. We require notification at least one payment cycle in advance before discontinuing the service.
