What services does Transform Fitness CRM offer?
Transform Fitness provides a comprehensive all-in-one CRM solution tailored for online personal trainers and coaches. Our services include CRM setup, funnel creation, automation setup, calendar integration, social media integration, training and support, reputation management, and more.
What does the initial setup include?
The initial setup involves creating one basic funnel and survey, two additional funnel requests, appointment confirmation and reminder automations, client notifications, a manual dialer with call follow-ups, missed call text back service, pipeline updates, and setting up three preloaded calendars. We also provide training on using the CRM system and integrating social media accounts.
How much does the setup cost, and what are the ongoing charges?
There is a one-time nonrefundable setup fee of $2500. After setup, there is a monthly recurring charge of $300, which starts one month after the setup process begins.
Can I request additional funnels or customizations?
Yes, you can request additional funnels and customizations. These requests will be billed at our current standard rate for such services, which is available upon request.
What if I need help with website development or maintenance?
We offer website development and maintenance services, which are billed separately at our current hourly rate for web development or a fixed project rate, depending on the work's nature.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel the service at any time. We require notification at least one payment cycle in advance before discontinuing the service.
What happens if I need to make updates or changes after the first recurring payment?
Any updates or changes required after the first recurring payment may incur additional charges. These will be billed at our current hourly rate or a fixed rate for the specific service required.
Am I responsible for any additional costs?
Clients are responsible for any SMS and email charges incurred through the use of our services. Rates for additional services like website development or extra customizations are available upon request.
Can I manage and update the CRM myself?
Absolutely! While you are welcome to manage and update your CRM, please note that we cannot be responsible for any unintended changes that occur if you or someone outside of Transform Fitness makes these changes.
How can I get started?
To get started, simply pay the setup fee and sign the service agreement. We will then gather the necessary details from you and commence the setup process.
